Resilience service process:

  1. Meet and Discuss: In the first meeting, Kirsty will gain insight into your current needs, goals, and unique situation. She will discuss your journey, the challenges and successes you've faced, and where you ideally want to end up. You will also learn more about the services Kirsty will provide, her working style, and some immediate actions you can take.
     
  2. Creating the Approach: Kirsty will then develop your plan or program, recommending a range of tactics, tools, checklists, and support for implementation, achievement, and measurement.
     
  3. Meet and Discuss: In the subsequent sessions, Kirsty will explain, coach, and support you through your plan or program to ensure you achieve the results you desire, both at home and in the workplace. You will feel inspired and motivated, have the right strategies in place, and be guided to connect with the right resources and people.
