Our business ethos is to support the community at large. We may be available upon request to guest speak free of charge at schools, P&C fundraisers, community clubs, networking groups, and not-for-profit organisations. We are also able to consider your needs and budget, so if you don't fit into any of these areas, don’t hesitate to ask how we can collaborate.
Speaking process:
- Meet and Discuss: In the first meeting, Kirsty will understand your current needs, goals, industry, team, and unique situation. She will discuss what you would like your participants to take away from the talk. Additionally, you will learn more about the service Kirsty will provide, how she works, and some actions you can take right now.
- Creating the Approach: Kirsty then develops the speaker’s strategy and program, recommending various tactics, tools, and interactive notes or workbooks to ensure an engaging session.
- Meet and Discuss: In this meeting, Kirsty ensures the event and speakers’ topics are on track, addresses any concerns or questions, visits the venue, and finalises the outline with event coordinators.
Continued communication and support are essential components of excellent practice and process. Kirsty distinguishes herself by engaging with her clients throughout the design, development, implementation, and assessment phases. The structure of your speaking or training session is evaluated systematically and regularly to pinpoint areas needing improvement. If adjustments are required, they are communicated and addressed appropriately.
